Working out is more than moving weights and getting your butt kicked in the gym. As your trainer it’s my responsibility to monitor your form and educate you on the importance of postural awareness. My goal is to show you how to train for sustainability and longevity.

I’m not only committed to helping you achieve your fitness goals, but I am determined to support your personal development. My mission is to strengthen your body, your mind, and your self esteem. At the end of each session my hope is that you leave feeling better than you did when you first started. At Unleash Performance we’ve built a strong community of people who empower one another. What to expect from Unleash Training

-Initial movement assessment.

-Discuss goals and expectations.

-Individualized program will be created based off initial assessment and personal goals.

-Learn how to train smart by understanding the importance of proper form, movement patterns, progressions, recovery, and rest. If you lack in one of these categories it could be detrimental to reaching your goals.

- Accountability and encouragement.

HOW IT WORKS

-Discuss goals via phone call, email, or text messages. 

-Initial virtual movement assessment and discuss any prior injuries and limitations.

-We can make due with any equipment you already have at home.

-45 minute contactless virtual workout via FaceTime, Skype, or Zoom.

CONTACTLESS TRAINING OPTIONS

-Group training — This is a great option if you and your friends, family, or coworkers want to get a workout in at the time time.
